User cannot register using their registration email (Invitation code could not be verified).

Check that the invite has not expired. Expired emails will be listed in the "Expired Invite" list of the Invite Users to Create Accounts page.
The school can resend expired invites themselves.

Check that the user has not already registered. If they have registered they need to sign back into SIMS Activities using the correct URL and NOT the registration URL.
