I've updated the email address in SIMS but it's still not showing in Admin Product. I've made the email address Primary in SIMS but it's still not showing in Admin Product.
Ensure that the user's email address has been updated and marked as Primary in SIMS and then wait up to an hour for SIMS Parent to be updated. Once SIMS Parent has been updated, return to the Manage Users and select the user(s) in the Re-invite Users list. Click on Re-invite Parents/Staff/Student to resend the registration email; this resends the email to the correct email address.
To check this go back to Manage Users | Re-invite Users | Locate the user | you'll see the updated email address for the user.The screen refreshes once you've resent the invitation.
